Prior to progressing into carpentry and home building, Stephen first worked as a cabinetmaker which has given him both the skills required and a great appreciation for attention to detail and quality finishes.

Stephen worked for a well-known and highly respected local Cairns builder to further his experience in carpentry and home building prior to Bridgman Constructions. Originally from the busy city of Melbourne, Stephen holidayed in Cairns in 2004 and never looked back.
A born and bred local, Melissa grew up surrounded by the trade industry and previously worked in the legal sector which has given her a great understanding of legalities and contract requirements.
She brings to the team all of the ‘behind the scenes’ knowledge as well as drafting, contracting and many other aspects required to successfully assist in the management and process of home building.
You will deal solely and directly with both Stephen and Melissa throughout the entire building process when you acquire Bridgman Constructions for your upcoming project.
This approach maintains efficiency while also keeping a personalised approach to the building process which in turn ensures a streamlined and attentive project completion.
